Hello!
This is not a bash thread. I am just curious if others have experienced that PBR is not replying to emails?
I am from europe, and also not that comfortable calling, but twice in the last 6 months i have sent them email with question about some parts, with the intention of ordering, but have gotten no reply..

I always get an email same day.

Good to hear. I'd have been surprised if they were actually that slow. Their service from the time I place an order to the time the parts are on my doorstep, it's faster than Amazon Prime!

That's true I always call, but you are correct no sooner then I place the order I have the part's they are great at getting your order out ASAP
PBR responds to every email order I send within 2-16 hours. Just sent an order last night. Confirmed today. They are the best in the pinball parts biz easily. Best prices too. Been buying from them for 17 years!
