Did you replace either bridge rectifier when you replaced the wires? The wires normally start to burn because of a shorted bridge rectifier? Good time to diode test both of those, which would be with the game turned off.
The top fuse almost looks like it might be burning out again. Ohm test the fuses and look at the resistance of the 2 fuses. Continuity test can actually beep on up to 100 ohms and give a false indication that the fuse is still good.
