Does anyone know of anyone who is very knowledgeable in Pinball/Arcade machines, in the Cleveland/Akron area? If so do you know any contact information?

I purchased a Shadow from The Pinball Shoppe in North Olmstead. It's a family owned and operated business that is very friendly and willing to try and help if there is a problem. They have worked on my two other machines as well. Ask for Chris. One of the nice things that I appreciated was the fact that he would try and talk me through the repair before coming out so that I wouldn't have to pay unecessarily for a house call. I would highly recommend trying to connect with them.

Many pinball retailers won't service a game if you didn't buy it from them. There is a guy called "The Pin DoctoRx" who services any game no matter where it was purchased. He fixes EM and solid state pinball machines as well as arcade games and bowling machines.
