So, I love any project with Nintendo characters. But, honest question, why Bally Star Trek? It makes sense if you are using a donor game, they made a lot and beat up ones are cheap and plentiful. If you are going to pay someone to cut and print a new playfield, shouldn't you pick a better shooter? Something with a spinner? More than 1 drop target bank in a more interesting position? Just asking so you don't dump time into a game and realize the base playfield is not something you want to play often enough.

If you want to stick with similar era Bally - Harlem Globetrotters? Most people seem to love that game. Multiple spinners, in-line drops.
