Wanting to upgrade the sound system in my ACDC pro. Both have kits with a 8" subwoofer and 2-4" back box speakers...which one is better and why? Thanks!

Mike at Flipper Fidelity is a great guy to do business with.

Great speaker system as well.

I have added internal subs to most of my pins, some from PP, and some FF. I honestly prefer the bass response from the Pro Pinball system over the Flipper Fidelity. The PP subs rock the cabs a lot more than the FF's do, IMO.

It might be the games I have them installed in making the difference, I don't know.

Both sound great, wayyy better than stock for sure.

whichever gives you the better deal... your ears won't be able to tell a difference.

Are the pinball pro high energy upgrade worth the extra cost?

I have only used FF in 3 of my machines and I am very happy with them.

Greg at PP is a great guy. PinballPro has their speakers manufactured specifically for pinball. This means (among other things) that they are designed with a pinball machine's lower power amplifier in mind. Their speakers are custom built to perform at their best in this application. Your machine will rock and man is it fun!

between pinside and RGP, this topic has been beaten to death.
but go with an external powered sub for 80$. best bang for your buck since you can hook one up to two games. and the sound blows FF and PP away.

Sound is one thing, but it's not the only thing.

no one can beat Michael Pupo's customer service and pricing!! Flipper Fidelity, but do your research this has been covered many times over the past few years on this forum and others.
