We were there just last night on our way back from Expo in Chicago. For us it is the premiere place to play a huge variety of machines. I bet there's more than 170 pins to play, and just about every one of them on the floor works, and works well. We were a little disappointed in the pins at Expo, and still had the itch to play so we knew Pinball PA would scratch it.
We had a pinball weekend in Pittsburgh a few years ago where we also went to Pinball Perfection, Kickback Cafe, Pinball PA, and Helicon Brewery. We just picked a hotel room centrally located to all of them in Pittsburgh, and had a great time with travel time to each of these less than a half hour.
We loosely chronicled our weekend trip here:

Can't say enough good things about Helicon Brewery. There you'll find excellent beer, awesome people, and the latest and greatest pins around.

Have fun! Pittsburgh is a great place to play pinball.
