Are laundromats essential business, I guess so as people still need to have clean clothes,
even those who do not own washer/dryers.
Also assume plumbers or HVAC or appliance stores are essential also,
since what do you do if the toilets get plugged with non flushable paper due to TP shortage,
or if your fridge or A/C or heater breaks down.
