One suggestion: drop-in replacement tilt-mech done with gyroscope or some other modern motion detection harware. Easily adjustable (different adjustment for x and y axis), output to display tilt-"level". Recovery time from nudge adjustable. Would be fair to which would be great in competitions. Also could be used leveling game.
Don't remember and too lazy to find out but didn't some new pinball-project use this kind of equipment?
