I have a problem with the opt in my Pinball Magic.
The switch comes up as blocked Opto.
From the picture I took, it looks like the opto light up, although faint.
Maybe my phone has a filter that makes the opto look dead...

I checked the power, and transmitter board gives me 14,85 v.
In the manual that should be +12V. The reciver side gives me 0.01 v.
In the manual that should be +5V
This makes me think that it could be a board problem. Or a cable problem. The cable at the end where you can detach it showed the same values.
Testing another working opto gives me 14,85 and 0,24. Something is not right here.
Pin 3 on switchbank 3 that is the orange black wire on the switch matrix gives me 4,85 V.
Does this mean that the board is dead?

yeah, it is a connector that needs to be removed, i removed it.
I will try to get a picture with an old camera to see if the opto lights up.
