I had pins in the "family" room at the old house, which slowly took over and crowded out the TV, etc. into the "living" room that we had only used for company before. Well, there was still a computer desk left, which of course my kid is melded to at left in the pic. And of course, then we had a couch no one ever used in the family room!
Quoted from D-Gottlieb:My three are in the living room. What's the problem?
That you haven't put a fourth in?
Quoted from tamoore:I see it both ways. If you don't have enough room, you need to put your "stuff" somewhere.
I get nearly the entire basement for my games and bar, so no need to take over the upstairs.
Having said that, I did just put a jukebox in the front room, and I think it makes a lovely addition. And, Mrs. tamoore does, too.
A jukebox is a great addition to a living room. I think it warms the room up and is something the family can sit around and talk while it plays.
Quoted from ChiroCop:AC/DC in daughters room.
Hahaha pinball machines in your bedroom is just awesome, that's the place where my The Shadow and No Fear: Dangerous Sports are too
In our previous home we had a Twilight Zone in our living room, it suited well there in its own corner I think.
