I like the idea - my handtruck makes it down the stairs, but my old method was an upside down kinda plush runner carpet with a somewhat sticky back to go up/down hardwood stairs - I might get the hardwood version of the ones you linked (https://www.amazon.com/EZ-Moves-Felt-Bottom-Slides/dp/B00WGRRSV4/) so I have both options.
