I am looking into getting some sort of Pinball Jack/Lift since I now have 3 machines. I really want to keep it on the less expensive side if possible.

    Would something like this work?

I know a lot of solutions that are not specifically made for pinball need to be modified to work.

This was another option i was looking at but I know this would need to be modified. I saw this in store and the top pad type things come off and could be replaced with something better and it has holes and I believe cotter pins or something to secure it.

Does anyone have a good suggestion for the $100-200 range?

    Thanks

I have the first one. You have to cut the handle down quite a bit. Also, I made a platform to go over the top so that it lifts the machine by the edges and not the center. But its a good all around lift. Heavy

I always wondered about that thing lifting it by the bottom panel instead of the cabinet edges, but anyone I've ever mentioned it to that's used one says it isn't an issue... =\

The motorcycle/ATV lift likely won't lift high enough for the pin to get off the ground. You'd likely have to get an adapter to make it work. I know there is someone who makes an adapter for the Sear/Craftsman model, but I don't know for the HF model.

I have the HF lift table. With the vertical handle, you can lift a machine from the side or from the back. Not from the front easily (remove the handle to get it under far enough). I made a simple modification to the handle that allows it to work from the front.

There's no need to worry about lifting the pin at the floor vs the cabinet sides. All the lifts (even Penguins) lift at the floor, not the sides.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I think I may go with the lift table and do something like wizzardz mod then. I am sure I can do something like that pretty easy.
