I agree here.....I have never used the free one's because I can never get them to print the correct size, or they look horrible. I have tried, end end up with more frustration than it's worth.
I also agree with the rest of what Stu said, my wife owns her own business that generates a lot of online orders. Most non-business owners don't understand the burden the cost of shipping supplies alone creates.
