I lived in and grew up in S.B., 25 years
There has never been a pinball joint except back in the 70s," Tommy's" imagine that , was it's name and that's where I first starting playing while my parents had couple drinks afterr the a movie on State Street. Then in the mid 80s State Arcade opened up on State Street in the old movie theater and Tommy was gone bit they only had a couple games .
Now the state arcade was HUGE, full of video games and a couple pins .
So in short I don think so, but a very good location and maybe a good retirement plan .
