Pinbot if I remember correctly.
Quoted from o-din:Yep and there is a Getaway there as well along with a couple others. What kind of TV shows are we watching that feel we need arthritis medicine?
My theory is that only us old guys watch TV now.
Quoted from Aphex:Escape from NY has an older game but i'm not sure what it is
United 'Oklahoma'.
Quoted from girloveswaffles:The one in the middle is a Bally Monte Carlo, and the one on the right is a Williams Blue Chip.
The one on the left? can't quite tell but it looks to be a Gottlieb single player E.M.
Gtb. 4 Square on the left.
Quoted from chippe01:3 pins and multiple arcades in another MadTV sketch. Pinbot is one, but can’t make out the other 2.
Looks like Skylab and Future Spa.
Quoted from henrydwh:Supergirl latest episode... Taxi, Bride of pinbot and I am not sure of the other one.

There is a screenshot of the scene on Pingeek's great "Pinball In The Movies" site. Also check out his "Pinball On TV"

Quoted from hazmat7719:In Dazed and confused when they are at The Emporium there are several pinball and at least one bowling machine. I only recognized an Aztec.
Looks like 8 pins, 1 bat game and the bowler.
Quoted from Mopar:Not sure if this has been posted, but spotted this photo from (what appears) a Gomer Pyle episode.
Not being some much into woodrails, not sure on the title..

It's a 1953 United Tropics. It was used in a couple of episodes and also in the Andy Griffith Show a few times. See The Andy Griffith Show listing on this site.
Quoted from dirkdiggler:The Rose with Bette Midler. Towards the end of the movie she stops at a honky tonk bar and there's a unidentified pin in the background.

You're welcome. Pingeek does a great job.

I highly recommend this one to friends of classic crime-movies, it's very atmospheric and dark.

The bingo in the foreground is a Bally Double Header.
This movie was filmed on location in St. Louis. The bank is located about two blocks from where my grandparents lived at the time. Not a great movie but watchable.
Quoted from Flip-it-good:I believe there is a Gottlieb "2001" (among others) on the subway platform in the 1979 cult classic movie "The Warriors". The Warriors run into a gang on roller skates while trying to get back to their home turf Coney Island.

Yes. Secret Service. http://www.pingeek.com/film/film.htm
I've posted these links to Pingeek's site many times here. A lot of the games posted here are already on his site. Easy to check.

Quoted from Bonk:Could it be a Joker Poker?
[quoted image]
Agreed. Joker Poker E.M. I have informed Josh at the 'Pinball In the Movies' website about the error in his listing.
Quoted from VALIS666:I came here looking for info on that machine specifically. It is a movie prop? That movie has been in public domain forever so there are a lot of horrible prints of it out there, which makes it hard to really make out the machine. It sure looks real, but they could have just done a nice job mocking one up. Or it's a real pin with a fake backglass. Here's a decent print and a good shot of the machine as bartender Nick walks by it, though the pin is in the whole movie here and there as it's a one set film. (the video below is timed to that scene)
I can't make out any name on the backglass, but the score on it does reset when he pushes the coin chute in!
Great movie, btw. First saw it back in the early '90s and it has been a favorite since. In researching the machine, I saw they made six giant sized The Time of Your Life pinball machines, unrelated to the one in the movie, for promotion and charity. I'd certainly assume none are still around today.
[quoted image]
I owned this game for a few years. Here's a link to an article explaining how it was found and how I acquired it along with photos. I donated the game to the Pacific Pinball Museum a while back along with a stack of movie posters, photos and original scripts from the movie. The museum has promised to make a permanent display of the game someday. http://www.pingeek.com/film/time/time.htm
Edit: I had a few phone calls with Richard Erdman who played "Willie, The Marble Game Maniac" in the movie. He remembered his role in the movie fondly and had an almost photographic memory of his scenes. He lived in L.A. at the time and was still acting and making appearances at Sci-Fi conventions around the country, primarily for his work in a few Twilight Zone episodes. I had hoped that the Pacific Pinball Museum would try to contact him to make an appearance with the game but it never happened. Sadly he died in 2019 at the age of 93.
Quoted from VALIS666:Amazing story Dennis, thanks. I hope the museum puts it on the floor one day.
So has any collector owned or even seen the giant-sized The Time of Your Life machines?
I've been looking for one for years. Probably all trashed.
Quoted from Mardi-Gras-Man:Movie IN COLD BLOOD from 1967 starring Dynasty-Star John Forsythe filmed on Location in Kansas City.
A brief glimpse during a fast camera-movement at some machines in a Bus-station with actor Robert Blake.
All of them are at the time relatively new ones from Williams.

United Havana.
pasted_image (resized).pngQuoted from ourdave76:What bingo game is this? In the movie The Black Six, 1973. Has 6 NFL greats from that time period and most are now hall of famers. Clips of the game are from 0:53:18 to 0:56:38. Photo is at the 0:56:03 mark.
[quoted image]
United Havana. Weird. My same answer as post #3202. Except that answer was for the regular flipperless pin.
United recycled a few other of their 40's pin names for use on their bingos. Possibly to make it appear that the bingos were regular pins on confiscation lists in certain jurisdictions where bingos were illegal.
Brazil, Havana, Hawaii, Manhattan, Mexico, Nevada, Rio, Singapore and Tropicana were names used twice.
Quoted from Gott72:ODD COUPLE 1968--something in there I can't tell.
Sorry, but the machine isn't fully revealed. I saw the playfield being panned over as Jack Lemmon plays the game while out with Oscar on the town. It was a 50s-60s game, though. No pic. Easy to find if you know the film, might be harder to ID.

pasted_image (resized).pngQuoted from Mardi-Gras-Man:German FREDDY QUINN-movie "NUR DER WIND" filmed in early 1961.
This may have been the first german movie showing pinball-machines in full-screen and in color. The scene takes 2 minutes.
Gottlieb's TEXAN, Williams SHAMROCK and PERKY along with some Bingo-machines, a shuffle-alley, german gambling-machines, a Bimbo-Box, Soccer, Billiard and a Juke-Box.
The movie was filmed in Ireland, but the inside-shots like this one seem to be taken in german studios.
This scene takes place in an irish Pub where Freddy Quinn sings his new song "Einmal oben, einmal unten"
For anyone who is interested - The Austrian Freddy Quinn, who is still alive and well, was the most popular singer and actor in Germany from ca 1955 to 1965. He set up lots of records, some of them are still standing today. There's no question that the Band "Rammstein" copied his style of singing even if they would be ashamed to admit that.
Many Americans will recognize german Actor Heinz Weiss in this movie - he had the great honor to share a scene with Steve McQueen one year later in THE GREAT ESCAPE (he was the german guard who notices Steve McQueen searching his baseball near the fence)

The two-card bingo is a United Manhattan.
Here's an obscure one, or maybe not so obscure (I have a feeling this movie is well known or has a cult following and I've just never seen it before). The 10th Victim or La Decima vittima from 1965, a French Italian production. Weirdly avant garde and bizarre. Kinda oozes that mid 60s style. I liked it. But anyway there's one scene that looks to have a Williams woodrail with point lights in it. I'm not sure. Not really familiar with this era at all. Anyone know what game it is?
Gtb. Criss Cross.
