Hey pinball2020, are you just posting these from some list you found? I get and appreciate the lookups for other peoples posts that didn't supply pics and general thread maintenance but it seems against the spirit of the thread if your just reposting from another list. There is something a little special about spotting a machine in something your watching and find out it hasn't been posted yet. Regardless, I love this thread and look forward to future discoveries.

Quoted from bcarter1234:

Avengers Season 2 Episode 1 (1962)
Starting about 13:18 there are two woodrails I don't know enough to identify.

1947 United “Nevada”
1954 Gottlieb “Green Pastures”

@mooch, Thanks for identifying those. I don't know Nevada but I would make room for Green Pastures in my house.

Quoted from pinball2020:

Chasing Amy (1997) I count five machines.
Rescue 911
Whirlwind
Blue backed Gottlieb (Guessing Street Fighter II until someone proves me wrong?)
Unknown yellow backbox pinball machine
Gottlieb Pin Up (where the skeeball ends up)

Just watched a 2023 movie with Morgan Freeman called "A Good Person" and this Williams game is in a bar scene. Movie is pretty good too.

In case anyone doesn't recognize it, that pin is a Big Guns.

The movie takes place in 1970 and Big Guns is from the late 1980s. Oh well, other than that inaccuracy they did a good job in capturing the 70s look and feel.

Just saw a commercial promo for Disney+ new show (5 episode Series)
ECHO (Daredevil/Kingpin)
where there is a scene where an obvious prop pinball machine (Legends of the Coyote)
is smashed to bits in a fight.
Looks to be a re-themed wedgehead EM pin.
No idea which episode it will actually air with this scene.
IMG_20240108_173243001 (resized).jpgIMG_20240108_173243001 (resized).jpg

From the looks of the scene, it seems the whole environment is created via CGI

I saw that during the game, how did you get the photo of this?

DirecTv stream of the game on ESPN,
rewind of live TV.

Interesting that I was able to pause action just before the SMASH!

Looks like a 1961 Gottlieb Oklahoma, to the left of Fire Cracker.

Played a Fire Cracker once and was laughing at that lady's face enough to use it as a profile pic for a bit on facebook.

She's a looker.

A Pinbot and a Fireball Classic machine can be seen in the bar scene in Jurassic Park 3, but has a Data East Jurassic Park ever been spotted in a movie?

In the TV series Lost, in S3 Ep13, "The Man From Tallahassee", a Revenge from Mars and Cyclone pinball machine can be seen in the background.

Tonight I've been watching the Barrett Jackson car auction on the History Channel, and the showed some of the expo floor showing cars up for auction, vendors and there was a quick panning shot of the expo booths, and one had at least three Pinball machines. One was a Mustang, the other two I'm not sure of but I think one of them may have been a Corvette.

Space Station is in the video for Imani Coppola’s “Legend of a Cowgirl”:
