Surf'n Safari, Attack From Mars, Medieval Madness, and Genie.
It's an anachronism though, because the DMD on Attack From Mars is the large size from the CGC remake. Also the games are color-bombed with LEDs, and the story is that the outbreak happened in 2003, long-before people were color-bombing games. Bunch of the retro games have LCD screens too.
Immersion ruined.

Funny thing is I noticed the same thing when I was watching it, to anybody else but us pinheads they wouldn’t even notice the difference. I even think one of the non dmd gams had colored score displays whichever game that was

Looks like a Night Rider EM next to the Genie.

Really weird. The side looks right, but the front is wrong. Looked through a load of Gottlieb widebodies on IPDB but not finding any match. Rocky has a star in that spot, but it's not really that close.
Quoted from mooch:Looks like a Night Rider EM next to the Genie.

I thought I spotted that one as well - it was from a bad angle. Didn't rewatch the episode yet.
I knew someone would post these quickly.
Newish documentary about two vulcanologists called “Fire of Love”. Obviously showed a Volcano pinball. I didn’t get a picture as I was sure someone else had noted it already. But then I checked the key posts…
Quoted from GreenMachine19:Unless they produced multiple versions. I couldn’t find that front on any other Genie pic. Mine didn’t look like that. Mine looked like this one. Although this one looks repainted without the spatter effect.

Volcano pinball machine in at about 58 minutes in the movie. The husband playing it. Both died in a volcano explosion doing what they loved. No idea where the Volcano pinball machine went.

1971 Williams Zodiac machine. Already posted here:
Reminder to all: Best to check the top of the post thread to see if the machine and movie/show is already listed or not. Thanks!

A rethemed pin, entitled ALIEN ENCOUNTERS
Anybody recognize what it's a retheme of? Not a great angle... Episode 6 was worse...
CLOSE ENCOUNTERS maybe? Cab doesn't look like pictures I've found, though...
Quoted from jonnyqtrek:CLOSE ENCOUNTERS maybe? Cab doesn't look like pictures I've found, though...
Cab is redone for sure. The two pops and a white standup sure look to match Close Encounters to me though.
Quoted from jonnyqtrek:Anybody recognize what it's a retheme of?
Has a Gottlieb sticker on the coin door. 6-digit Futaba score displays, so that narrows it down to System 1 or 80. There is no 4-digit credit display in the back box? Single flipper button.
Quoted from Beatnik-Filmstar:Cab is redone for sure. The two pops and a white standup sure look to match Close Encounters to me though.
yes... Close Encounters seems to match very well. Pop bumpers in correct position as you noted. Also, the apron is white, the same dark yellow frame on the back box, and the score displays are in the correct positions... all point to Close Encounters.

A show spout people and the weird things they collect.
This is of course Capt Fan and Buckaroo.
The thing they were after though was a cows cojoined twin calf with extra legs growing out of its shoulders.

Also this amusing pinball reference where head writer Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) is trying to build up the lead editor Ritchie (Paul Giamatti) and make him sound cool to the eavesdropping assistant editor.
This joke hit a little too close to home since I drive a Tercel, have a real pinball machine, and have been to Canada. LOL

Quoted from Mardi-Gras-Man:I can't deliver pictures for this but I can tell everyone who is interested that Pinball-machines can be seen in these 2 american movies from 1979-1980.
In XANADU there is a scene where someone plays I think a Gottlieb Single-Player, then 'all of a sudden' the scenery changes to somewhat that is supposed to be a gigantic playfield. Gene Kelly kicks a giant Pop-Bumper and flowers burst out or something else.
In ROADIE there is a scene in a laundry-shop or a 7/11 where a ROYAL FLUSH and/or a FREEDOM can be seen.
It's 30 or more years since I saw these movies so please excuse me.
Here's the machine in Xanadu.

Most of them seem to be identical save for one. Here's a couple screencaps:

“Majors - 1941 (Chicago Coin 1941) - there are three of these in the room
Twenty Grand (Williams 1952)“
Roadie (1980) starring Meat Loaf.
The scene at the laundromat where the old lady swaps Tide boxes and steals the drugs. Machine is a Royal Flush.

All they need to have done is a nod to Medieval Madness.
Quoted from pinball2020:CW Flash Season 09 Episode 06 - The Good the Bad and the Lucky, 30 minutes 42 seconds in. Can't quite make out if it is a regular machine or retheme. Woman's head in the center of the machine.[quoted image]
Maybe Nugent (Stern 1978)?
I will let more dedicated fans of the series ferret them out. From Ghost Wars on Netflix, Season 01, Episode 9. The series was cancelled after 10 episodes.
If you can narrow down where and when you saw it I might be able to snag clearer shots.
Upper right center you can see one of the machines poorly .
Quoted from dirkdiggler:There's a couple pins in the bar in a series called Ghost Wars on Netflix

One looks like a very slightly changed whitewater. The out of order one I can't tell. Maybe from the color scheme, Flintstones?
On one of the last episodes, it looks like there's another pin to the right of the out of order one.
ghost-wars (resized).jpg
Or...maybe they just changed out the pins, because from this angle still only looks like 2...
ghost-wars2 (resized).jpg
EDIT: Yeah, looking at the pictures on the wall and light locations, I think they just swapped in a new pin and moved the out of order one to the left. That operator must have been really dedicated to still be servicing the location while they're being annihilated by ghosts.
+1 on the slightly changed Whitewater. With the exception of the reddish brown color in the center, the color scheme looks right. Fits the Alaska bar theme for the tv series if that is the case.
Quoted from PinMonk:One looks like a very slightly changed whitewater. The out of order one I can't tell. Maybe from the color scheme, Flintstones?
You guys and girls are really making me watch every single episode of this crap? LOL. The things we do for pinball .
Here is Ghost Wars, Season 1 Episode 4, "The Exorcism of Marcus Moon"
They switched "out of order signs" (EDIT: or as @pinkmonk said - just moved this machine down) and some more details are visible on the machine on the right.
The machine on left has a motorcycle.
The machine on the right is a "Monster Splat" - looks like a retheme.
EDIT: Oh----LOL - PinMonk you were updating your posts while I was watching and adding mine. - Yes, while your town is being annihilated by ghosts it is important to have a good mix of imaginary pinball titles for them to play.

Geez. Look what i started. Lol.
Now I have to go back and get the good side screen grab. The one on the left I have no idea but the one on the right I thought Elecktra or Xenon when the wife had it on
