Pawn Sacrifice, the new biodrama about the life of Bobby Fischer has a scene where Boris Spassky is playing Stampede. I had the urge to pull my phone out for a photo, but I didn't want to be that guy.
I saw 2 pins in Grumpy old men last night, but couldn't tell what they were. It was in the bar just before Jack Lemon storms out and has his stroke.
In BIG BANG THEORY this new season Stewart's new comic book shop has a wood rail pin that can be seen from the side in the background. I cannot identify it from the cabinet art work. Nor I have I seen the playfield or backglass.
A Gottlieb Flying Carpet behind Oscar Goldman and Col. Steve Austin in the fourth season of the Six Million Dollar Man. Screen grab below. (Aside: There is an episode in the third season of SMDM where Austin and a Russian gymnast play a Gottlieb Sky Jump, which plays into the plot of Austin teaching the Russian about American culture.)

In Men In Black III agent K enters Cosmic Lanes. There are 3 Pins there. Anyone have a clue? The first is a baseball game two player animated backbox. 2nd is a Gottlieb wedge head. the last one looks like another baseball themed game.
But they should not have been there since the ban on pinball machines in New York in 1969.

It was easy because Williams only used that drop down cabinet for a couple years. Very hard to find front legs for one of those.

I noticed that on The Goldbergs too - I think it was a 1972 Gottlieb World Series.
A lot of that episode was set in a 1980's-era arcade, so I was hoping to see more.

Quoted from flashburn:lol, it's been like 10 years since season one. If you still haven't watched The Wire, you kind of deserved it!
Sorry for the necro-reply, but it just so happened that I read this thread and your spoiler just as I was about to watch that episode! Now, granted I was way overdue for watching The Wire, but what about those who were too young to watch it when it was new? But mainly I have to wonder why the spoiler in the first place, did you think anyone would think he was playing Whirlwind AFTER he was killed?
