Atypical. All re-themed, but I can make out that one is a Fishtales and I think I see a BK2000.

Enjoyed this one when it was posted over a year ago: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/pinball-in-movies-or-tv-shows-name-a-game-you-have-seen-in-the-background/page/51#post-6016714

Not to be a horse's rear, but I encourage everyone to please utilize both the search function and the key post function to verify you are posting a new find and not something that has already been presented. The one exception I make is if the original post does not contain photos and you are able to add them.

Ugh, my bad. I actually tried searching before posting, but obviously not well enough. It's all good, i guess i just didn't see it and removed my post. Sorry for the multiple mention.

Happens to many of us (I've done it too, and you can only imagine the self-beratement I received after that).

This is one of my favorite threads (as I'm sure it is for many), so I just want everyone to do their best to prevent double posts. There are some other forums I follow where redundancy has almost got me to the point where I don't enjoy them anymore, so would hate to see it occur here.

Saw a pin in the background in a bar in X-Files Season 4 episode 12, but didn't see it long enough to identify it. Anyone have an idea what it was (from 1997).

You know you can post a YouTube video link at the point in the video you are referring to, right?

Made life so much easier posting video references when I discovered it too.

I did NOT know that! That's gonna come in VERY handy - Thank You!

EDIT: oh man - I am gonna use this ALL THE TIME. I tend to share you tubes with my wife pretty often, just sent her one skipping the intro stuffage and jumping right in. Wheeee!

Quoted from Manhattan:

Just started Tanner '88 today after watching a Charlie Rose interview with Robert Altman. This pin was the star of the opening credit role in episode two. Surprised this show slipped through especially being a big Altman fan. It sure feels 'Altmanesque' as they say.
Also, remember this scene when you are purchasing a pin that mentions being on route... Two ashtrays and three drinks on the glass. It drove me crazy watching the girl fumble with her stemware putting it down on the glass.[quoted image][quoted image]

Could we add this to the key index. I think it got overlooked...

The featured game is a TOTAN. I also see Terminator 2, Medieval Madness, Demolition Man, Addams Family and High Speed 2 (with an alternate translite). Can't make out the one to the right of High Speed.

ed: it's a CFTBL.

I was just so happy watching pinball machines on the TV

On HULU Pam & Tommy, Episode 3. 18 min into it you can see a out of focused pin behind Pamela. My guess It's Phantom of the Opera, but I'm a little blurry too. Time for bed

All these "Barbed Wire" movie promotions in the series and no Gottlieb Pin.

If you use the topic index link at the top of any page in this thread and then click to sort by keypost, it puts everything in alphabetical order, which makes it very easy to see if something has been posted already.

Screenshots of pin sightings are preferred because they are hosted here and cannot randomly become broken links if youtube takes a video down.

Hulu's Pam and Tommy
It looks like a Stern Galaxy.

Spirit of 76 gets screen time in the movie "Car Wash". Timely since the movie was released in October 1976.

Rotten Tomatoes - This day-in-the-life cult comedy focuses on a group of friends working at Sully Boyar's Car Wash in the Los Angeles ghetto. The team meets dozens of eccentric customers -- including a smooth-talking preacher (Richard Pryor), a wacky cab driver (George Carlin) and an ex-convict -- while cracking politically incorrect jokes to a constant soundtrack of disco and funk. Some of the workers find romance as the day moves along, but most are just happy to get through another shift.

The first feature film from director Richard Linklater (Dazed And Confused); came out in 1988. He's the one playing FP. I believe it's an extra on Linklater's Slacker Criterion Blu-ray.

Saw there was some Star Trek talk- anyone ID'd the machine used for the "Q Continuum Galaxy" machine in Voyager when they visit the continuum? It is a fictional game, but I figured someone knows it from the playfield. The episode is "Death Wish"

Was just watching this last week... Here's a screencap. Anyone?
