The Walking Dead at CDC had NBA and World Poker tour.
There is a stage on Michael Jackson's Moonwalker for the Sega Genesis where there are a bunch of pinball machines sitting around (at least 4), and you can jump on top of them and dance if you want to while rescuing the kids behind the doors in between them. Remember, Genesis does what Nintendon't.
Quoted from ForceFlow:This showed up in The Mentalist (season 7, episode 11):
The machine was actually in the scene for several minutes.

It appears to be a Flight 2000, with a bad player 3 display.
The movie "Chasing Amy" there are 4 of them. I can't make out 3/4 due to back views and quick camera shot'SPOILER ALERT! the quick view of the playfield glass getting crashed on by a skee ball mis hap. The obviously one is ' Whirl Wind".
Quoted from girloveswaffles:It appears to be a Flight 2000, with a bad player 3 display.
Looks like they covered up the center of the backglass too.

Saw that episode. Not only is the machine in the shot but it is the entire reason for the scene. Patrick plays the machine while talking to the bartender about pinball. The bartender has all the high scores and he try's to guess her name by the initials she put on it. Also while he is playing they discuss the fact that it has Three balls which a psychic I an earlier scene said would be important to him soon.
At first I just assumed it was a Meteor with the name covered up. But now I'm not so sure.
Okay, so I don't have a picture, but I remember back in the '80s on The Price is Right one of the prizes in a showcase was a Cosmic Gunfight (and it was a year or so after the game came out).
Better Off Ted season 2 episode 12. In the background at the arcade during the birthday party there is a Ripleys and a Fish Tales. I do believe.
There is a Gottlieb FUNLAND used in the X-men First Class. First in the background then later being played. Note at the time in the movie the Cuban Missile crisis is happening October 1962 and the Funland was made in 1968.
They also used a SR-71 Blackbird first flown December 22 1964 and put into service in 1966. The SR-71 was a reconnaissance aircraft it had no bomb bay doors. Nor did it have seats for added crew members.
image-3.jpgI saw a HS2 in an episode of Newsreaders (one of those bite-sized 10-minute long Adult Swim series). For some reason the top third of the translight had some graphic with a white background on top of it, hiding the words "The Getaway". Didn't make any sense to me - surely you can show a pin in a TV show without having to get clearances / pay royalties, right?
Hello! I made a new YouTube pinball video channel that includes some clips of pinballs from some cool movies. The weirdest one, Wicked City, is NSFW! Enjoy!

Quoted from Domino7:on 'happy days' what was the pinball fonzie would hit to get free games?
It was a jukebox to get free music, but there was a Bally Nip' It next to it.
There's a pin in the last episode of unbreakable kimmy schmidt.
Looks like a EM re theme.
I think it said bang bar on the back glass.
Pritty sure the same one was in 30rock as well!
I remember seeing a soft drink commercial (a long time ago) with David Arquette (formerly Mr. Courteney Cox). Starts off with him standing on the right side just in front of the back box of a Centaur pinball game with someone playing while he's pitching the wonders of this brown elixir, later in the same commercial he's doing a close 10 to 15 feet from the game (now in the background) and someone is still playing. I was wondering if the Centaur game was actually his . . . read somewhere he is (or was) a pin guy.
Quoted from lockednlit:What was that pin in that scene in bad santa , i cant remember gonna have to watch that again
Yes your right I mentioned above somewhere in thread when I notcied it while watching last year, too funny.

The Getaway
Quoted from SteveO:Take a look at the showcase at the 16 minute mark.

I also recall a Gottlieb High Hand and Sky Jump on The Price is Right. Also directly donated by D. Gottlieb & Company.
The now gone distributor C. A. Robinson & Co. used to donate Bally pins every so often. I recall a Bally Champ and possibly a Circus as well.
That's model Anitra Ford by the Pro Football. She sure was cute. Gotta love those brunettes.
Quoted from girloveswaffles:It was a jukebox to get free music, but there was a Bally Nip' It next to it.
Ya, a pinball machine made in 1972 in a show that's supposed to take place in the 50's.
I know a very small percentage of the people watching that would realize but still........

I didn't see that episode as a kid, but I remember one where they had a Bally Flicker.
Quoted from dothedoo:I didn't see that episode as a kid, but I remember one where they had a Bally Flicker.
That was it, Flicker not Circus. This was after Champ. The Bally pins were donated by C. A. Robinson. I vividly remember their name in the scrolling credits.

I remember that as well. I remember seeing their name in the episode that they had the Cosmic Gunfight in a Showcase.
"Angels Go Truckin'" episode of Charlies Angels featured Spanish Eyes in the background while the angels meet at a truckstop diner to talk about the crime.
Hilarious that Kelly gets hired as a waitress at the diner!
This episode also prominently features CB radio and it's jargon, I remember those days - everyone hadda have a CB and the CB slang dictionary!!
Just saw Rick Flair and Roddy Piper intros for "Wife Swap" - Roddy has two pins behind him at his house, a Space Shuttle and one other I couldn't ID, this show is on YouTube if anyone wants to ID that second machine (during the intros before the wives actually leave to move in with the other household).
Okay, not exactly seen, but heard this on the radio today. Listening to the Sound 100.3 in Los Angeles today. They have this thing at 10:00 AM / PM called the Ten at 10. Usually it's a set of ten songs from the same year, and may include some audio clips from the era.
Today, it was ten songs from 1976. at the end of the set, they played an audio clip from the end of an episode of Hollywood squares. The last thing you hear Peter Marshal say is, "Stay Tuned for the Magnificent Marble Machine next! Goodbye!".
Quoted from o-din:In an episode of Police Story from 1976 they play Fireball.

... Did they make the skill-shot?
Quoted from girloveswaffles:... Did they make the skill-shot?
No, but there is a loose bulb or socket in the right pop bumper. And by missing the skill shot they should not even be lit.
There are pinball machines in the SNES version of Wayne's World. Level 3 takes place at the Gasworks bar, and you can make Wayne jump up and down on top of the pinball machines. But I would not advise making a mad dash to go buy the game as it is considered among the worst games in the SNES library.
Been watching "mad about you" tv show from the 90s on FXX. They characters frwquent a bar/restaurant that usually has a pinball machine in the room. Ive seen a couple different ones in different episodes, but didnt recognize them. They are ss games. The sound people for the show play generic EM sounds in the backgroud most of the time.
Quoted from Law:Pretty obvious they haven't played it much as the high scores are all default.
Or they just suck
Quoted from kwiKimart:There was a Fire in What's Eating Gilbert Grape.
"FIiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiRE!" - Arnie
Quoted from the_pin_family:Ill save you two hours of your life. Don't watch it.
Ahhh no way, that movie is great.
Just saw a stern mustang in the new TV show 'daredevil' (a Netflix original). It was in a bowling alley and was actually used as a place to hide a gun! (not a spoiler, this happens in the first 2min of ep.3).

They also replaced the sounds with 70s chimes, which I found amusing.
