Joust in deadpool has been mentioned but pingeek also mentions Haunted mansion. Looks like a volcano possibly beside Vanessa?

Looks like a Volcano and a Strikes N' Spares.
Quoted from girloveswaffles:
In the 1971 Warren Beatty / Goldie Hawn movie "$" a pier side warehouse has several pinball machines just inside the doors (most are unassembled).
Okay, so it's taken me four years to get pictures, but here they are:DSCF0203 (resized).JPG

Including a Williams in a box! This takes place at about 8 minutes into the movie.
Anyone want to try and identify any of the games?
one CAB looks like WMS Big Chief with drop down cabinet front
the other head is a 4P GTB HiScore I think

In the classic 80's flick "Iron Eagle", saw a Skyhawk in the Eagles Flying Club lair.

Married with Children
Season 9 episode 26 - "Radio Free Trumaine"
Funhouse can be seen in the background.

Married With Children episode 926 called Radio Free Trumaine, here is another picture
Ed (USA TV show from the early 2000s) Season 3 Episode 15...a Space Station in the rain!?!
Quoted from Jackontherocks:
I think I finally have a new one. One of my favorite movies Diggstown from 1992. Just noticed two pins, one is Eight Ball Deluxe and unable to tell the other if you can help

An American Pickle on HBOMax has three fuzzy pins in the background in a bar: Earthshaker, Haunted House, and Black Hole.
Later in the movie a Devil's Dare is also visible in the lineup!
Quoted from Jackontherocks:
The movie Sideways about wine has two pins in the bar scene in the back, one is turned on on the left and right is out with backglass blurred out. Did not get a pic if anyone watches it again. My guess maybe a Star Trek Next Generation
One is a Gilligan's Island. http://www.pingeek.com/film/film3.htm
Spotted by my girlfriend in the movie "Crooked Hearts" (1991). Crappy movie, she says...
Can't identify the pin on the left. Middle pin is Williams Gulfstream, right is Stern's Flight 2000.
Edit: thanks to readypo: Left pin is "Bally Bullfight (1965)"
Ok so this one's a bit of a stretch and probably won't count, but thought I'd post it anyway...
In Rick and Morty, Season 2 Episode 2 'Mortynight Run', R&M visit the intergalactic arcade Blips & Chitz. In the background, you can see what looks sorta like a pinball machine -- kinda Banzai Run style. While it's obviously a fictitious machine -- and not conclusively a pinball anyway -- I did notice that you can HEAR the sound/'music' from Space Shuttle! Listen closely to the background noise in this clip from 0:13 - 0:26 --
Granted, we also can't conclusively say that sound is coming from that specific 'pinball machine' visible behind R&M. But still -- I can hear Space Shuttle in the audio and wanted to share!

Oh nice!!! Happy to complement his post with my noticing the Space Shuttle sounds.
Two separate pin scenes from Boogie Nights (1997) ...
First one shows a Stardust (Williams, 1971) and an Aladdin's Castle (Bally, 1976). The second scene has a side view of a Big Strike (Williams, 1966).
EDIT: Turns out the Big Strike is actually its replay sibling Hot Line. There's a backbox closeup of it later in the film that I somehow missed...

Session 2, episode 9 (season finale) of Doom Patrol has a bunch of pins and arcade games when a main character is sitting in an arcade at a country fair. There's a Funhouse... a Time Crusaders which doesn't seem to be real? I cant make out the other three.
The Boys, season 2.
There is a rethemed William's EM in the Eagles apartment. Cant tell what yet, so far only seen the coin door angle and redone Eagle characters backglass.
Quoted from Fezmid:
I cant make out the other three.
One is WMS Cyclone

The Two player EM pin looks like it may be GTB Top Score or Soccer with a new artwork Backglass
As it has the balls added BG animation feature or so it appears.
Quoted from dirkdiggler:
Thanks to my wife and her excellent skills she figured out this 1962 Chicago Coin Sun Valley on the latest American Pickers episode

I didn't get the game title. But in Law and Order Criminal Intent: Bombshell (S6,E20) there were girls playing a pin in a playboy mansion type setup. Only Special Victim's Unit on Netflix.
High Roller Casino.

LOL, later in the episode, a lady is indeed seen "playing" it, complete with EM chime noise (natch), as the high scores are displayed during attract mode!
This sighting was not in the Key Posts list before. Was that due to lack of pic, or lack of game name? We must have sufficient info at this point.
Quoted from Blitzburgh99:
North Dallas Forty....is Nolte looking at the women or the pins???
