Gomez Addams on the 1960's TV show, plays a 1960 Dancing Dolls. That would be a game I'd love to have. Real props from that show are hard to find as it is and that would be the ultimate for me.

Jim Jeffries plays a Pin*Bot on his television show--another pin next to it, can't remember.
Also in the film The Warriors, there is some EM machine in the subway, but only the cab is shown, couldn't tell. A curious classic, so I'd like to know what machine it was.

There is a Fish Tales on an episode of Star Trek Voyager - cannot remember the episode. One in which they go back in time to mid-1990's earth.

Saw Replacement Killers last night and there was an arcade shootout scene where a No Fear and many others were shot to pieces, literally. Poor things didn't stand a chance.

The Warriors - Just saw this again last week. It's been about 25 years that I've seen this film.

It's a Heat Wave.

The props guy had a sense of humor, apparently.

thanks I couldn't work it out, I also noticed for the first time watching the blu ray that the doctor has a nose ring. Very odd for the 80s and a doctor....

Early in "Blue Collar", Richard Pryor, Harvey Keitel, Yaphet Kotto, and Ed Begley Jr. are in a bar, and in the background are three pins. One is a solid state Night Rider. The other two are hard to make out, but the second is a wedge head of some sort.

"Raising Hope" - there are two pinball machines in the supermarket where Jimmy works. You can see them often in the background in numerous episodes. (it's a pretty entertaining show, too).

One of them is a Pinbot, and the second is a Firepower.

The season finale dual episodes aired yesterday and one was about Burt (the father) being told by his mother that she was actually a Jew and he was, therefore, Jewish. This leads to his decision to have a bar-mitvah with one week available to prepare (a "special" musical episode).

Follow the below Youtube link to a scene from that episode.

From about 1:30 to 1:40 in that episode you will see the games shown twice. The second time they have actually altered the name of Firepower to "Winner" and reference the machine in the song.

In a season 3 episode of White Collar, in an episode regarding a taxi medallion, there was a Taxi machine present in one of the dispatch centers.

Can't tell what they are but appears to be two in background of the movie Sideways during bar scene. Looks maybe like DM if I had to guess.

Late yesterday I was in the need for some relaxing infront of the TV. Only problem was, that there was nothing on to interest me on a more permanent fashion. So I was literelly going through the channels over and over again.

Yet I manage to spot pinball machines in not one but two movies along the ride. Coogan's Bluff (one gets smashed up be warned) and 16 Blocks.

saw one the other day in a law and order episode. Don't really remember what happens but they went to a see a guy who was an obvious hugh hefner rip off and one of his playmates was playing a pin, didn't look like playboy though and was in the background out of focus so I couldn't figure out what it was.

#123 11 years ago

I still can't figure out what's in Donnie Brasco, there are multiple games throughout the movie. Someone mentioned 'Big Game' but it does not appear to be a match at all when referencing the ipdb.

Here's two pics from the movie from different angles, if anyone can identify this that would be neat. So far the internet turns up nothing for me. Appears to be a 4 player EM. brascopin2.jpgbrascopin2.jpg

That's Golf 'n Stuff here in Norwalk CA, just within walking distance from my home. They used to have a bitchin' assortment of pins in the '70 and '80. saw Xenon (two of them) Black Hole, Firepower, Black Knight, and Flight 2000 there before I saw them anywhere else (found out years later from a friend that worked there that they were C.A. Robinson's biggest costumers, and they usually got any new game first from them. They even had the first three distributed Dragons Lairs there).

Just discovered a new one in the movie called Killer Joe. 24 minutes into movie when they meet in the vacant billards room there is The Getaway High Speed II in back corner. Find thing as the name on outside cabinet is blanked out with blue paint or something but you can make it out throught backglass if paused. Appears to be fond on purpose with blue paint and of wood in front to avoid seeing name. Always wondered why some beers or any symbols can't be portrayed in movies without permission, etc. They must have wanted pin in background but not allow us to see name on outside.

Quoted from Jackontherocks:

Just saw one in the background of the old classic comedy movie "The Great Outdoors" when he is in the pool hall but could not make out the machine.

I believe that one was Eight Ball Deluxe. Which was also seen in Out For Justice w/Steven Seagal.
KISS was also in Detroit Rock City.
