I don't know if it was mentioned here yet. There was a BTTF in the new Halloween.
Quoted from girloveswaffles:... I don't think so:
It looks more like Bonanza to me. But the image is reversed.

Yeah, I noticed the reversal of the picture, but I defiantly looks more like a Gottlieb than a Bally pin.
Quoted from o-din:Eight Ball Deluxe. Can you name the movie? Of course you can!
[quoted image]
I just noticed that when I watched this last week!
Quoted from TheLaw:I just noticed that when I watched this last week!
Seriously, I was flipping thru the channels and there was nothing else on so I watched it again. Great flick!
I think by today's standards some might be able to find a bit of political incorrectness in that film. lol
Quoted from Wise_Guy:boogie nights had a few. What where they dunno
In the disco about 1:15 in there was a Stardust and Aladdin's Castle.
later in the movie in a house there is a Hot Line
My friends just released a new animated show on CBC called Gary and his Demons. It's pretty funny. Episode 1 has a "Master Concerto" pin in one scene. Could this be a sneak peak at the next new Stern?
The Lost Boys I was watching last night and a little more than halfway through movie or maybe about 25mins near the end when he meets up with the guys at comic book store there appears to be one or two in back.
An Eight Ball Deluxe doesn't ever actually show up in MST3K, but this is the second reference I've seen them make to it.
Quoted from hazmat7719:HBO's The Deuce has a few, I don't know their names.
They've been covered:
Granada / Spanish Eyes
Target Pool
Bally Circus
Quoted from hAbO:I don't know if it was mentioned here yet. There was a BTTF in the new Halloween.
Crazy how prominently displayed BTTF was in Halloween.
Just saw the new Michael Myers movie with my wife on Halloween.
Fairly quick into the movie there is a scene (as mentioned in previous posts above)
of a sheriff playing a Back to the Future pinball machine at a Quicky Stop store for
about 10 seconds while some jive talking dude tries to psych him about never beating his high score.
The producers even gave the Data East Pin and Universal an end credit
(Universal owns the Back to Future franchise,
so that is probably why the game was intact without any cover up of TM materials.
This remake is released by Universal)
Quoted from pinwiztom:The producers even gave the Data East Pin and Universal an end credit
Now there's a real pinball nerd (I mean that 100% as a complement)! He was so excited about seeing a pin in the movie that he paid detailed attention to all the credits just to see if it was referenced.
Quoted from xsvtoys:[quoted image]
I thought twice about posting that, but just had to.
Quoted from Mr_Tantrum:paid detailed attention to all the credits
Actually i was just waiting thru the final credits hoping there would be some easter egg
about what might be coming next from Michael Myers, (just some heavy breathing at the end)
and the pinball credit was near the very end and kinda stuck out like a sore thumb
compared to the usual very very end credits and acknowledgements.
The Titans available on DC Universe streaming service aired/released episode 4 “Doom Patrol” last night (11-2-18). Three Lawlor pins were shown, The Addams Family, Twilight Zone, and Dialed In. I dont think I remembered to post after episode 3 aired last Friday, but Twilight Zone was played in a bowling alley.
So far Titans might be the best DC show on the air.
Spouse in part recaps tv shows for EW and has a podcast The DC TV Report so the merits and nuances of the various superhero shows are perhaps analyzed way too much in this household.
American Horror Story, can't make out what they are, hope to get a closer look in the future...
Also, Bob's Burgers had an episode recently centered around an arcade and had a couple of made up pins as well as a lot of funny, made up arcade games as well. Unfortunately, the wife deleted it before I could snap a pic. She hates me

I'm guessing Space Shuttle, Congo, then Rescue 911, but it is tough to tell for sure
Stern Galaxy in the movie Bohemian Rapsody. Of course it had LEDs in it like all machines did in 1980...

Left one, defiantly Space Shuttle, right one does look to be Rescue 911, but the one in the middle isn't Congo.
And if you look closely, there is a fourth pin partially visible to the left of Space Shuttle:
4th pin (resized).jpg
The middle one could be a Jackbot?

One was a paragon but not sure on the other. This is one of my favorite movies and watched it a bunch of times but never noticed the pins in the background. I guess once you get hooked in this hobby it kind of changes how you see things.

Just got back from watching it. My son & I both noticed that little faux-pas. Especially the red ones under the sling shot plastics.....
Quoted from dirkdiggler:The middle one could be a Jackbot?
I believe you may be right.
In Dazed and confused when they are at The Emporium there are several pinball and at least one bowling machine. I only recognized an Aztec.

Looks like 8 pins, 1 bat game and the bowler.

Yeah Stern is really scraping the bottom of the theme barrel with Manchester By The Sea
There is a Married with Children episode where Peg is going to break Al's record at the bowling alley. There is one pinball and a few arcade games that are out of focus.
