I'm going to be in Milwaukee, WI next week for job training through Friday.
Can anyone recommend places to play after the work day is done? PM me if that is preferable.
Thank you.

Great place, good beer selection. About 20 pins or so (a fair number with ColorDMD), and all on one token.

If you want to make the trek to Madison, then PM me and you can swing by the house.
If you want to play on route then Up/Down in MKE is a nice collection of the standard barcade experience (similar to 1-up style on CO)
In Madison, we have over 50 games on route now and a large variety >> www.madisonpinball.com for full list.
Bounce Milwaukee has pinballs.

I know Blackbird doesn't have the best lineup in the city, but it is hands down my favorite bar in the city. It's just a really comfortable bar with good drinks, good beer selection, good music, cozy vibe, and the pinball is just an added bonus. It's a bar I would hang out at even if they didn't have pinball. The current lineup of games is The Addams Family, Dialed In, Star Trek TNG, Funhouse, and Elvira and the Party Monsters.
Landmark Lanes on Farwell.
Fink's on Humboldt.
1983 Bar on Old World 3rd St.
Bremen Cafe on Bremen. (Favorite dive bar)
Vegga's on Fratney

Stop at both. Bounce Milwaukee will be full of kids if you go during the day.
Milwaukee lost a great guy. Jon Polfer passed away on Monday, April 6th. For those who don't know, Jon was a pinball ambassador in Milwaukee. He was responsible for organizing Milwaukee's first IFPA tournament. He went on to run regular monthly tournaments at various locations around Milwaukee. He truly loved the game and I know he enjoyed being a part of building a pinball community in Milwaukee.
RIP Jon Polfer - Thanks for all you did! You will be missed.

Damn! I haven't seen Jon in a few years' but he was such a nice guy and a great ambassador for pinball. I'm really sad to hear this news.
so sad to hear. Jon was a super nice guy and a passion for all things pinball, esp running tournaments.
He will be missed and far too young.
