Thanks for the link!
Let's not forget "The Life Aquatic" - there's a custom pin on the ship that is zissou themed.
"The Crow" also has an arcade in Detroit that gets smashed and burned in a fire.
Does anyone know if Adam Sandler's into pinball seeing that Grownups and Big Daddy both show machines in scenes?
Quoted from EvilJack:The movie Dodge Ball has a pin but I have never been able to identify it
It is Meteor
Quoted from Pinchroma:There's a Toyota commercial from the Super Bowl with a Funhouse in it
Whirlwind was also in there too.
Not in a movie, but from T.V ...
The Nip-it pin in Arnold's on Happy Days.
And on House M.D., there is a play-field for a Bingo machine on a dresser in House's apartment.
... and wasn't there some movie where Richard Keil (Jaws from The Spy who Loved me) was carrying a Space Invaders pin on his back down a street?
Can't help but notice all the horrible things going on around these pinball machines in most of these clips. According to the films mentioned so far, the context is either 1. somebody rich and famous has a custom pin of themselves, showing how important they are or 2. characters go somewhere dingy/dangerous/disreputable and the pin establishes that it's an unsafe public place.
Could be that these movies from the 70s 80s and 90s were made by people who grew up in the 50s, when pinball had a worse reputation. In today's movies pinball machines just stand for 'arcade' or 'person with disposable wealth who is in no hurry to grow up'. Pretty fair assessment i'd say

Pins in movies are definetly often seen used as the "biker bar" interia deco.
http://www.lovestalker.com/ Was partially filmed at The Silver Ballroom in St Louis. Have not seen the movie, but they must have gotten some of the pins in there.
Quoted from Jamesiewaimsy:Here it is No idea on machine anyone know?
Missile command & Star Castle
just watched an old episode of the sitcom friends, where they were having a ping pong battle, had three machines in back ground, two were funhouse and diner, the 3rd had an out of order sign on it and I missed what it was
Quoted from tk375:in the Ritchie Rich movie, this Pin comes out, I think there were only two made. They costume made Tommy the Who's to make this Pin
LOL at that pricing card
