Quoted from djblouw:Originally it was a KISS. Now it's just ugly.
You're right. Dang! I can't believe someone did this to a Kiss!
But there is some weird things about it too.
The upper rollover lanes have all been closed off except the middle?
And the drop targets look odd. (Maybe they're just a different color?)
And there isn't enough inserts for the KISS grid, and arrows:
Either way, I hope someone turned it back into a KISS, or worst case a Miss World.
Quoted from 1iblind:I'm wondering what this game was originally
Do you see the serial number stamped anywhere into the cabinet? The letter prefix on bally games usually indicates the game title.
Quoted from 1iblind:why it was rethemed to Entertainment Plus!
The company probably requested it. Maybe for a commercial or photo shoot, considering that the playfield is somewhat unfinished. Or maybe they just wanted a game in their lobby with the company branding on it for some reason.
Yeah it looks like a Kiss, but also not?
Maybe they started with a roached Kiss and this is what they came up with? Some of the placements of targets, spinners, and pops are clearly kiss (even some of the same point values scribbled down). Or maybe there was a Kiss conversion kit that rearranged the inserts, and this was a retheme of a retheme?
Quoted from 1iblind:I'm wondering what this game was originally and if anyone knows why it was rethemed to Entertainment Plus!

At this point, you should leave it as is. It’s unique an strange and should be extensively documented! It seems too far gone to be worth the effort to bring it back to KISS, and it may be too custom to revert back!
These pictures were sent to me. I won't be going out to look at it till May. I'll definitely update this thread later with more pictures and information. Hopefully I can get some more history on it. It's an odd one to say the least.
Well, it's the saddest Kiss I've ever seen. Maybe the saddest "working" pinball ever. The game is ruined. I'll let the photos show what I'm talking about.

I still don’t understand the 5 rollover switches at the top???
KISS only has 4. And that looks kinda factory from the underside.
The in-line fuses to all the coils is….interesting.
And the backglass might just lift out? If not, knock the piece out of the keyhole (on the right side of back box) and see if you can turn the mech inside with a screwdriver.

DID THEY CUT THE CENTER OUT AND GLUE A NEW HANDMADE SQUARE OF INSERT INTO THE CENTER???

Kiss has 5 rollovers up top, that's all stock.
The bottom portion inserts are nightmare fuel though... so much patchwork.

Ah, you're right. I was just spelling out K-I-S-S, and was overlooking the center rollover.
Quoted from RCA1:What kind of bulbs are in those lower circle inserts?
Are they all wired together?
Yeah something like that. They just blink on an off constantly.
