Quoted from TomDK:If u can buy this ... I have a playfield for you in very good shape !
The cabinet is completely rotten, the head is close. No transformer, power supply, legs, glass, needs new/rebuilt boards. I know a Supersonic was recently listed for 4000 but reviews are not good for this title. All sorts of switches were missing, wiring hanging where something once was, just not worth it.
If the transformer and cab electronics and cabinet had been intact, I just maybe would have considered some sort of resurrection.
"Keep her running, we just changed out our 3rd Keg."
"Where's Jimmy?
"He's drunk. I've been watching him, think I can do this".
"Hey Barkeep! The flippers suck on this machine. C'mon Man, Got 100 bucks riding on it."
Quoted from LesManley:The bell has tolled for this Metallica.
Here's the story on this one...
"We all know that our pins belong indoors.....except for this owner
Here’s what happens to a game left outdoors for 6 years, and in one of harshest countries in the world when it comes to extreme heat.
Six. Years. 688 total plays. Game still boots but sadly that’s where it ends for this machine."

It just needs more voltage, higher voltage to play properly.
Higher voltage will improve the efficiency of electronic units, corroded switches, tired bulbs.
Quoted from SonicZone:There's a followup vid on her YT channel of what she actually does with some of it. She disassembles a Gottlieb score motor (sandblasts the entire unit as a whole first) & desolders/removes all its switch stacks, talks of "completely re-wiring it."
That video really bothered me, couldn't finish watching it. Maybe a dollar worth of scrap. Why?
Quoted from ajfclark:The mixmaster post from my Dr Dude:

Looks like that one mixed one too many.
Quoted from zaza:Someone tried to repair a WPC95 CPU-board and used a Dremel to remove the old ICs and then used a 300W solder iron to remove the remains of the traces and solder pads. Then placed sockets on it, making multiple shorts.
as you can imagine, the CPU didn't boot.[quoted image]
What is the proper temperature to use in this scenario?
Quoted from surfsidedetail:Beltmann did this one!

Looks like a nice game from that angle/ sorry Man.
Quoted from Playdium:I've seen so many cracked corner joints due to people moving them with the legs on. That can be a deal breaker.
With good quality felt pads and a hardwood/laminate floor mine slide around easily.
