I had this happen once ...so far ..and hopefull never again.
This happened to me in 1999 in my 2 car garage. Glass exploded in my hands as I was setting in down gently on a towel on a concrete floor.
Cut my left hand slightly. Even though I cleaned it up glass best I could, I was still finding pieces of glass up to 3 years later.
