It was Todd N. Tuckey from TNT Amusements (Southampton, PA), who pitched all those games off his roof.

Was that being used as a Lawn Ornament? Or as a Trellis?

Supposedly they were all too far gone to restore and a lot of C-list names. It was a one time marketing prank that worked. Otherwise TNT would not even be on a lot of folks radar.

I think Todd has said that they were beyond salvageable. Maybe termite/mold ridden junkers.

#29 8 years ago

It was a roached parted black knight and a skunked pac-man upright. Not a big deal at all.

People over react about this. They were flood damaged, completely FUBAR.

Maybe the back glass could have been saved for something, but it was filmed 10-15 years ago when there wasn't the crazy collector market that there is now.

#31 8 years ago

I'll take the scared stiff and the 2 getaways on the pallets that are outside.

STACKED NONSENSE

If only there were a way to store pinball machines where they only took up half as much floor space so you didn't have to stack them like that.

He did it with arcade cabs too. That was during the height of that bubble.

They were all junk and beyond repair and the pics of the games sitting outside is no better and is the kind of crap they were . Plus no one wanted things back then especially the titles they were.

Should be working now since we added new rubbers.

Quoted from Rob_G:

from PAPA.org

Every pinball machine was submerged at least up to the backglass, and every surface within five feet of the ground, including playfields and inside cabinets, was coated in the floodwater sludge. The sludge was a sanitary hazard and immediately destroyed materials such as electronics, press board, and playfield artwork.

Two hundred and thirty-two pinball machines were destroyed, as well as a handful of classic video games, an extremely rare Tattoo Assassins prototype, a sitdown Omega Race, some great dancing games, et cetera. We were able to salvage many plastics, some boards, coin mechs, backglasses, and most of the playfield glasses. This process did not take place until a professional cleanup and restoration company had been through the facility.

Seem to forget that these *toys* were worthless for so long. The only thing that makes them worth anything now is the collector market.
