Millennial here... You can keep your Space Jam, thanks but no thanks.

Red light, green light. Seems appropriate.
Quoted from Bugsy:Pulled from another recent thread. The GI color scheme on this is just awful.

I'll second that but I guess we all have different tastes.

By Jiminy , it looks like Christmas
I used to be a huge fan of colored GI. While I still fully believe if you own the game then you can do whatever you want, I personally have become more inclined to warm frosted white in the GI. I will put some colors in certain spots but not that much anymore.
I'm not going to lie though.... I am guilty of doing that same thing to a getaway before lolololololololol. Hindsight is 20/20 right
So I almost made my own horror story last summer, but managed to avoid it... but I'll share the story briefly...
I have a HUO Bally Black Belt. From what I was told, the previous owner got it from Bally for some work he did for the game, it stopped working, and had just sat since. It is really weird, as in I can't get it to get going no matter what I or anyone that I know who knows repair does.
I had it in the garage working on it last summer, and had the playfield propped up on the front end just a bit. I had to close the garage and didn't think that the playfield was that near the front end when I did. A day or two later, I went to open the garage and the handle caught the bottom of one of the playfield metal pieces where it keeps it in the right spot, and the garage door continued as it went up to lift the entire playfield out of the game and dangle it by that small piece above the game. I managed to run out of the house, grab it and put it back in safely.
But man, that was ALMOST a huge disaster.

Holy Cow what a story.

Yeah I kept waiting for the hammer to fall. Glad it never did.
Not my pic I grabbed this pics from this other thread https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/what-machine-did-you-bring-home-today-post-your-pictures/page/130
Too good not to post in the horror section.

It looks like the scene in T2 after the war. I would call it perfect theme integration.
Quoted from noflip95:The word "fuse" must be absent from the vocabulary of certain persons
I guy I worked for, many years ago, would use nails and paper clips as fuses til something
would fry. " There's the problem! "
Quoted from Ralph67:Strikes and Spares. Horrible black mess , all the Bumper coils were fried and a few others.
This is quite common , but if you take a deep breath, you can almost smell the coils cooking ...
I've seen worse... In fact I have pictures!
A south park from about 16 years ago. I believe it was eventually fixed.
In France, we also have specialists of the "system D" with the imagination overflowing. One day, Danny60 a friend of mine, found a pinball machine with this beautiful DIY. Can't resist to share his pictures.
With this, no risk of electrical problems and fuses never blow

That's more like a explosion . I can't believe they fixed that . Unless a new board 'fixed' it .

That must be the SP LE with realistic volcano wizard mode!

It would have to be new driver and display boards for sure. It caught on fire in a local movie theatre.

Quoted from Travish:It's much easier to find the problem area if you let it catch on fire first.
Just look for the black

How are you to termite proof that buggy cabinet?
Quoted from cottonm4:How are you to termite proof that buggy cabinet?
Yes, it looks like a termite attack. In this case the wood becomes very friable and leaves in tatters. The traces of sawdust in the form of small balls are no doubt.
On the other hand, for this poor TX-SECTOR, I doubt very much that this is the work of termites:

Unless you are made of wood, I don't think you have to worry.

The graphics depict an archer ready to let loose an arrow. I know I've seen it before, I just can't think of what game it was.
