Just wondering how my high scores compare to others. Mine is on the Wii:

    Taxi:8,678,620
    Gorgar: 523,100
    Space Shuttle: 7,916,160
    Funhouse: 37,183,520
    PinBot: 3,958,750
    Sorcerer: 3,236,980
    Whirlwind: 23,544,430
    Firepower: 1,381,040
    Black Knight: 13,565,530

No MM or Totan? Gotta get the xbox version!

Funhouse and Whirlwind can be, er, violated during multiball for huge jackpots in the video game? Much easier than real life. Some good scores though.

    #3 12 years ago

Yes the Wii version is missing two of the best machines on the game, but the ability to shake the controller just like shaking the machine is pretty cool.

    #4 12 years ago

That's something they really missed the bus on with the ps3 version. They could have used the controller sixaxis function to shake the machine as well but instead you have to use the nipples. I never get that right.

Also they just released the 3ds version and didn't include MM, NGG, or TOTAN on it. As a result, my gf will be holding out until it's a used title.

    #5 12 years ago

Speaking of PHOF, I was playing MM and had a great game going. Ball 2 with an extra ball ready - destroy the last castle and it gave me my bonus and ended my game

I was livid! Anyone else seen errors like this? I've also had balls fly out of the machine, maybe they should have programmed in the playfield glass...

    #6 12 years ago

It seems like the more you play the same game over and over again, the more likely glitches will happen.

Of course if you've completed all the unlockables and turn off tilting you're going to knock the balls off the table anyway. I've figured out on Taxi when you flip the table and shoot 2 balls into the drac hole on multiball, it will crash the entire game every time, happened on wii and on ps3.

Space shuttle is a big glitcher as well, and NGG.

Not necessarily, my brother got a GC of I think like 54 million on my Whirlwind. I can't even beat that on the ps3, let alone the real machine.

    #8 12 years ago

The only one I can top is the Gorgar. I got into the mid 600,000's. And that's cause it took me forever to beat wizard mode.

That game really is kick ass. Tons of fun to play.

    #9 12 years ago

I had a glitch on the wii Pinbot version. I had the visor opened, and was playing multiball.. and both balls shot into one eye socket at the same time. The thing totally locked. Calling the attendant didn't help either.

Sucked cause I had a good game going.

    #10 12 years ago

The game can be glitchy during multiball on Wii for all tables, letting the ball mysteriously go right through the flipper.

    #11 12 years ago

I've seen a lot of glitches in mine; I can't even begin to count how many times the ball has fallen out of the machine entirely. Also the ball seems to violate the laws of physics; on Pinbot I've shot the ball from the flippers into the pop bumpers and had it go into and all the way to the top of the skill shot spiral, and on Sorcerer I've seen the ball go all the way backwards through the lock area, across, and out going down the ramp the wrong way.

But I did crack 100M on Whirlwind, which is higher than I ever got in the arcade playing it, and 2.9M on Firepower. I'll have to look up what the rest of my high scores are.

    #12 12 years ago

Great way to learn the rules on those tables. I found a real MM yesterday and played
it for an hour or so and it was exactly how I remember it from playing on the Xbox360.
Except for a weak right flipper
Before I never knew what to do and didn't like it very much but now I couldn't stop playing.

    #13 12 years ago

I haven't seen a lot of bugs on the xbox360 version except for also
getting two balls stuck in Pinbots eye.
I'd love to play that machine again in real life. I don't remember the shot to that green target on the right being so difficult and would like to compare.

    #14 12 years ago

Really love that game. I hope they come out with another one with different pins on it.

    #15 12 years ago

They are making another one...there is a thread about it on this board somewhere...found it..

I have you on all but Black Knight, which is interesting because BK is the highest ranking of my scores (XBOX 360 version)

BK - 11,778,800 is ranked #79 of all players and is my only top 100 ranking.

My scores that are in the top 500 are -

    Gorgar - 925.930 - #465
    Space Shuttle - 13,404,140 - #296
    Whirlwind - 53,450,100 - #425
    Sorcerer - 7,716,590 - #469
    TOTAN - 127,182,260 - #214

I've beaten the wizard goals on all of the tables except MM, Pin*Bot, & Sorcerer.

Pin*Bot is the table that I just can't figure out. My top score isn't even in the top 1000.

I loved this game when I first got it, in fact it led me back into the world of real pinball for the first time in at least twenty years. And, as Apekop mentioned, it's a great way to learn the rules of each of these tables. Comes in real handy when you actually find one in the real world!

    #17 12 years ago

It's very cool that the 360 version shows world rankings. I'd like to brag about what my BK score would be, but Wii doesn't have it. And yes, totally agree that games like this are not as much fun as the real thing, but they do teach a lot about understanding rules, and planning shots. Very excited about the new game coming out, can't wait to hear what it is. Anyone else play the Gottlieb one?

    #18 12 years ago

Got to play a REAL Pinbot today. Great fun and I think it is easier in real life.
Don't get me wrong, it is still difficult and the outlanes are brutal but I did make it to the
Sun and got the special. Wish it would count for the Xbox360 because that would be my last
    wizard goal on Pinbot completed.

    #19 12 years ago

Here are my scores...xbox 36o version.
    Gorgar Table
    447,260

    Pin Bot Table
    1,735,090

    Black Knight Table
    1,659,950

    Funhouse Table
    11,787,840

    Space Shuttle Table
    3,043,910

    Taxi Table
    4,853,840

    Whirlwind Table
    13,860,240

    Firepower Table
    1,051,880

    Sorcerer Table
    2,523,350

    Arabian Nights Table
    22,877,290

    Medieval Madness Table
    34,978,090

    No Good Gofers Table
    18,729,720

    Jive Time Table
    95,700

Also does anybody play pinball games on the IOS...aka the iPad?? I have almost every video pinball game that has been made for the app store. I know a lot of the games use open feint to add friends and compare/ beat high scores. They have some cool original tables like SLAYER, WAR, and different theme pins. They even have versions of the PINBALL DREAMS computer games from back in the day that are very good...and PINBALL TRISTAN...one of my favs! The graphics on these pinballs are pretty slick...not bad for traveling pinball whores like myself

    #20 12 years ago

I don't have the exact numbers cos I'm too lazy to fire up the game, but I got some killer scores on MM and NGG (xbox360)

    MM: 632,000,000 (ish)
    NGG: 163,000,000 (ish)

I was ranked around 110 on both games last time I checked.

    #21 12 years ago

The inability to filter your friends list into the leaderboards is a crime against humanity.

Just checked my scores (360version) listing ones making the top 300

Game - Place in Leaderboard - Score

    NGGofers - 138 - 64,721,970
    MM - 88 - 141,685,480
    Jive Time - 24 - 146,970
    Sorcerer - 145 - 5,802,590
    Whirlwind - 278 - 23,170,430
    FunHouse - 84 - 41,563,330
    Pinbot - 297 - 4,062,720
    Williams Challenge - 75 - 242

88th on MM? I'm 115th with a score of 615,006,420 so that doesn't make any sense. (360 version)

Why would I lie over a videogame?
Also what's your GT? as #115 isnt even close to your score of 615m.

Clearly the leaderboards aren't as "worldwide" as we might have hoped.

That is good ... For ball one! j/k

On 360 I hit around 600M and it puts me in the 130 range worldwide. I just have the free online account. Dunno if their are separate boards for paying members.

Can't wait for another collection to be released.

    #26 12 years ago

Finally cracked the 10 million mark on FH on the PS3 version. Yes, it's not that high, but I don't play many video games as I used to do.

Here are my scores (wii system)

    Taxi 11,970,120
    Gorgar 652,610
    Space Shuttle 5,508,510
    Funhouse 33,450,810
    Jive Time 117,250
    Pinbot 7,286,010
    Sorcerer 4,483,110
    Firepower 1,051,000
    Black Knight 4,927,030

I have the Gottlieb collection too but I like the tables in the Williams collection better.

    #28 10 years ago

Haven't played it a loooong time, but I had MM at 715,919,940. I've got a picture of it, but those on Xbox Live can check it out. My gamertag is the same as my Pinside ID.
