I was there in October and most of the newer games were a mess. I don't get it, the place takes in money hand over fist. One of my big complaints was how dirty the playfield glass was on all the machines. I approached Tim and asked if I could volunteer to help wipe some machines down and he wasn't the slightest bit interested. He said they hire some people from the Salvation Army for that kind of stuff and he was done with me. I took another look around, feeling a little snubbed, and saw some lady with a dust mop going up and down the aisles when there were way more important things she could have been doing and I decided to just leave.
