I've read quite a few of his posts but maybe I missed the one where Tim talks about what he wants the experience for the consumer to be. We know the mission from the business side of things. It's all about the charity. But when he posts here it always seems to be about the buildings, the lawyers, funding, tech needs, and charitable donations. What's the mission for the consumer?
Visiting there in 2017 got me back into pinball. I've since bought and sold machines and learned how to fix everything from EM to modern (that includes board work). When I go to locations now with half broken games, I just get upset because of how easy most of it is to fix.
