OK Boiz, if yer online now, you got about 20 minutes to shoot some questions you'd like me to ask Tim. He be calling up Uncle Pinball for an interview at 8 Pacific...
We rescheduled Uncle Pinball's interview with Tim. We're going Thursday night.
So you got time to post specific questions!
I have a few Tim stories too
Uncle Pinball
Just got off the phone with Tim. We had a nice, wide-ranging convo over the course of a half hour.
Uncle Pinball's usual podcast is about 9 minutes. Should I chop this up or post the whole thing?
Also: If they don't come up with the 200K PHOF could be gone by May 6.
That's the bottom line.
Uncle Pinball's Podcast Episode #58: Tim Arnold Interview - Part 1
The PHOF need YOU! Tim is a legend and the Pinball Hall of Fame needs your support.

Part one of two.
Uncle Pinball's Podcast Episode #59: Tim Arnold Interview - Part 2
MAY 6 is the date! Either PHOF will be in the new luxurious digs, or it will not exist.
Time to put yer money where your mouth is.
Also, Tim doesn't spend much time on the internet. LOL.
Just some somethin somethins from my Tim interview:
He really does have EVERY GOTTLIEB GAME. EVERY SINGLE ONE.
The new building looks like Scrooge McDuck's money pit!
He won't talk fave machines because then there would be haters.
In the Uncle Pinball interview, Tim explains why selling off a bunch of machines isn't really feasible.
He also addresses other complaints voiced here...
Quoted from LTG:I'd say he's been providing for pinball for over 30 years.
THIS! Thanks Lloyd!
Hey Tim, I forgot to ask you about the membership angle. Plaques on the wall or badges on games or whatnot...
Quoted from PismoArcade:Took a drive to PHOF yesterday. Had a blast playing a bunch of newer games for the first time (EHOH, TMNT, JP) and older ems. Every other machine is turned off for physical distancing but Tim will turn a game on that you want to play if you ask him. Dropped over $20 in quarters and played until my wrists were sore.
That's what I'm talking about, Daddio! Did you give the new location a driveby?
Can't wait!
Quoted from PismoArcade:I thought of you when I was killin' it on Title Fight.
What'd you score? Didja get the Gold Belt?
I'm headed out there in May or June. So stoked. I'ma meet you there Daddio. Get me a shirt next time so I'm prepped. Paya back!
Also I might take up on that casa of yers sometime in June...
Quoted from BallLocks:Besides, where else can you go, play so many machines, and see a guy wearing a headlight telling children to stop running???
This guy gets it!
Quoted from PismoArcade:Now I can't get the image of him with his headlight out of my mind.
He's prolly wearing it right now!
Bumpin' to keep this sticky. 90 grand. Almost halfway there!

Listen to another operator who is taking some punishment in these times: https://unclepinball.buzzsprout.com/
Quoted from PismoArcade:Having a tough day? A shot (or two) of bourbon and some pinball always takes the edge off for me.
My new mantra.
I'ma bring you both one of these days, my brother!
Uncle Pinball is done with the haters and backseat drivers. But he's stoked on his new Trident controlled by an Arduino Nano with boss new code. Also other stuff.
If you are a real pinhead and want to "support pinball," donate to PHOF. If you aren't and/or don't, we don't need to hear about it. For once, yes, this is a thread that should be a love fest with nobody "just saying." Put up or shut up.
Episode #65 is live on my website and will be soon everywhere else.
Quoted from Coindork:They had just finished fixing one of the old Mold O-Rama machine that was at Disneyland back in the day. More specifically the one that makes the Donald Duck figurine.
There was one of those at Cal Extreme awhile back! So killer.
Quoted from timarnold:38 foot tall word PINBALL across the front
Cannot wait!!!!!!!!

Eleven hour Bump! Go Tim!
https://www.gofundme.com/f/new-museum-building-on-las-vegas-strip
Also Uncle Pinball has a new episode up!
https://unclepinball.buzzsprout.com/
Quoted from uncivil_engineer:Since there are no shows this spring, I’d love to come to Vegas for a weekend to help out.
What he said!
Quoted from miracleman:I believe Tim said on the front will be the word 'PINBALL' in lit letters from top to bottom.
38 feet tall Daddios!
Didn't see the outage until it was almost over; I was in Vegas playing pinball, sneaking up on Tim at the new place, driving construction equipment, see ing Carrot Top.... that kind of shit.
Looks like most of Uncle Pinball's People noticed #78 dropped a couple three days ago! Yay for you!
Anyway, for the rest of you, Uncle Pinball has an update on the PHOF move and a little sneak peek at the new place!
https://unclepinball.buzzsprout.com/
More soon. They're having some issues with the county inspectors, and I guess it's just a waiting game now. Uncle Pinball will keep you in the loop!
