A few years ago made a trip, my first and last, to PHOF from Ohio because I saw the list of games there and wanted to see them in real life and play them (EM's). Got there and most of them were OUT OF SERVICE, unlevel (like one game my plunge ball stuck at the rebound rubber the machine was so unlevel), or targets didn't register, etc. One machine took my money but got no credit. My point is, maintenance was, and as I have come to learn, poor. So I can't stop thinking about....if PHOF can't maintain the games they currently have, what's it going to be like with 3 times as many games in the new building?

Why did @D_Gruanch downvote me in post #269? Was he downvoting as a gesture of sadness that I traveled across the country to visit the PHOF and found a bunch of machines out of service or in need of repair? Or was it because he wasn't happy with me expressing my truthful experience? In case anyone is wondering, I based my expectations of what to expect at PHOF when planning my visit on the following, taken directly from the PHOF website:

"All machines are available for play, so not only can you see them, you can actually play your old favorites. The pinball machines are all restored to like-new playing condition by people that love pinball and understand how a machine should work."

So can you understand my disappointment when things were not as described?

By the way, I am not telling Tim how to run his business....but would suggest PHOF correct the description in their website regarding machine availability, maintenance, and condition.
