Reminds me a bit of the operator's place I visited a couple of years ago. Tons of stuff slowly rotting away, and he would sell only if you paid absolute top dollar, which was usually two or three times what the better pins were worth. It seems he'd rather get nothing than risk selling for less than the best possible price. Honestly, I was surprised how little he actually knew about the pinball market.

The horror, that poor Tron arcade game had a perfect controller just sitting there rotting away.

I like the burn pit (super huge wide trench enough do bury a large car) years ago. Like the love canal, push stuff in & let it burn. People had wells nearby & we saw a nice lake close by. The guy was just burning stuff like crap vid cabinets & everything else amusement related. There was a jukebox outside, & he said it was for sale. Pass!
