I do design and vehicle wraps for my work. It sounds like an interesting project but I don't know I could turn it around fast enough.
Your best bet is to hire someone to make the logo. THEN bring the vectored artwork to a competent sign shop to work it into a wrap.
It's unlikely sign shops have the artistic ability to make a design at the level of the guys already linked here.
