That's probably very hard to implement.
What's more easy is to offer a late onsite fee - arrival after XX pm: entrance fee reduced from $25 to... $15?
By the way, thanks to the OP for asking. I did not attend this year but my game was here! The WOOLY pin at expo was actually mine! Thanks Scott for making this gem. I love to brag about it 
Suggestions:
- Another vote for an updated website. This is how people far away may decide to come and organize an expensive trip. It needs to be as accurate as possible.
- Unsure how much $ is made by charging people to attend seminars. Would dropping the additional charge be possible? That could mean more attendees to some seminars.
