Some jackass actually had the audacity to ask me to hurry up when I was attempting to clean up the no fear that I brought.
I completely agree with Phoebe regarding the challenges of keeping things clean given the hall schedule. I dropped off wed afternoon - and took out Sunday am. The play counter registered just beyond 1200 games played at the end of the show (which for a game like no fear seems exceptionally high - given how most seem to hate it). Then again, this raises another issue - when there aren't enough games to go around they're all getting the piss played out of them - so it's kind of a catch 22. My game came back absolutely filthy (even after routine wipe downs and a ball swap).... I'm just now getting around to getting things back to my standard of cleanliness.
Since this was my first expo I was happy to bring a game (having no idea what I was going to be in for, lol)... I can certainly see why some people bring beat up machines, that's for sure. I'll probably bring one next year - as I did get the occasional chuckle seeing randoms getting their asses handed to them.
I tip my hat to those who schlep multiple games.... as having a single game in the hall kept me on my toes.
