I was also treated rudely as I got to the main door into the vendor area. The gentleman was on the phone and kept talking even after we stood there for some time, with tickets in hand. He finally told the person on the other end to hold on, in a voice that sounded like “I was interrupting his conversation”. How dare I do this?

I also looked at the wed site and planned my trip as I had a very limited amount of time to spend there. Only to find that Saturday they closed the vendor area at 5:00 PM not the published 6:00 PM. So I did not get to spend the amount of time I wanted to in the vendor area.
