Start recording a video on your phone before politely asking. Then if you get a response like that, show the video to someone in charge and delight at the jerk being escorted out the door!

Imagine if people could go to amusement parks and hog roller coasters by refusing to get out of their seat at the end of the ride.

And "if anyone is waiting" is required, or it sounds like the limit is one even if no one is waiting.
