Did you talk directly to the hotel or did it go to an off site booking ? Maybe try again on Monday during business hours. And they may have a block saved for Expo attendees.

Name of game was rumored for some time. 7 games set up and turned on and covered. When the cover was pulled off half the audience got up and left. A few minutes later it was on Pinside the game sucked.
And now the rest of the story :
No one reported that those that left were running across the parking lot to Twin Peaks to see scantly clad waitresses, get free beer, and see the new Alien pin.
