The Governor of Illinois mandated all events of our size to remain closed until the state moves to Phase 5, which includes having a vaccination for Covid-19. Illinois, like many other states, is currently in Phase 4. We knew we had to take matters into our own hands, and we did. In keeping with the tradition of having a yearly show, we are excited to announce that we will be having a free virtual event, to be held October 15th – 17th, 2020. If you booked your 2020 room through our Pinball Expo block of rooms, the Westin hotel will automatically cancel your reservation and no charges will be applied. If you need to speak to someone at the hotel directly, please call them at 1-847-777-6500. In addition, if you paid for any event packages, tours, seminars, etc. through our website, you will receive a full refund.
