I would be another to say Expo Brawl is a great event and one of my favorite expo pastimes, I sure hope that continues, it has been well run and well attended, I always meet new pinball folks from around the world there...
RobCraig I hope you guys can make that happen again.. I think pinside member CRWgxp ran with it last year but I could be wrong.

    Quoted from LesManley:

I'm really surprised ExpoBrawl was popular. I played once and I had no interest in playing again. It took up all morning/early afternoon, so you couldn't go/see anything else and cost $80 per two player team. All you got for $40 each was a cheap shirt and sandwich lunch...then you just got to do a lot of waiting around to play the same games that every other person who paid to get into the show (including yourself) already gets to play for free. If you like the social aspect of it, just walk around and ask people to play 2 player games and save yourself a bunch of time and cash.

Huh? Disagree. Expo Brawl has been awesome, perfect format for those that dont want to wait in line for a tournament for three days.. over before lunch, cost 40 a team. I look forward to it. I suggest you guys do this at expo again this year. Those that want to walk around and ask randoms to play can do that all night long..

Also....need roommate this year since Violent Steve can't make it. Anybody like an over-abundance of weed, beer, and really loud death metal at all hours? Step on up.

    Working on it..

Zen, I cannot wait to see you moderated.
Also, let's have a toast. But in moderation.

@gryszzz Thank you for making that last post more appropriate, I appreciate that. I'm bringing some juice boxes and I will be sure to share with you, thanks!!

It's so brutal... hard to explain really. Sitting here I really am excited tho for John Norris, he made some cool system 3 games on a shoestring and sounds elated, excited to see what he will be able to do..

I want expobrawl back. It is a highlight of expos of the past. I have met, played and discussed pinball with all kinds of folks of various places/ countries. Expo is better with the expo brawl. If some folks dont want their games to be in it, then they can just say so. Or do it in one of the other rooms.. but find a way. My 2c.
