Getting rid of the all-night game room would be a bummer for me. I completely throw off my sleep schedule and spend all night playing a handful of games - it's really the only time I feel like I actually play pinball at any show.

I see the hours listed as "stay tuned" right now.

Don't get me wrong, I definitely get it. I am still selfishly holding out hope that they may extend the hours or come up with some other way to keep the hall open as they have in the past (rotate games "out" by roping off certain areas, etc).

I love MGC, but Expo has been my favorite show. MGC goes by so quick, and before I know it I realize I haven't really had a chance to actually play pinball. I always bring a game to MGC, and there's just a different stress level that brings. Going to Expo I have practically 0 responsibilities, and all I need to worry about is waking up in time for dinner.

I'm glad to see the game hall is open all night. Does it close for good Saturday night at midnight?

Based on the map, the entrance to the main hall is along that tournament area - is that correct?

Is the free play room now where the seminars were held?

I walked in with a stainless lowball glass and had 0 issues. I heard they were giving people a hard time with beer.

You're right about it saying "outside" alcohol, that certainly did imply that their booze would be allowed.

I normally stay around for the entire weekend (thurs-sunday). This year we left Saturday morning. In previous years the game hall would be pretty thin by the time the banquet ended. How was the game room this year? Did it actually close down right at 12?

    Quoted from SuperDaveOsbourn:

Cigs and smoke, next time simply call 911 and report a fire, that shit will come to a stop immediately.

Please don't use emergency services for this.

In lieu of a show, I would gladly throw out some bones to see some streaming seminars, specifically on repair stuff.
