I totally blew through the iPass thing two years ago and nothing. But then I am driving with Ontario plates.

I hate tolls, on top of just being cheap!
I thoroughly enjoyed the 10 minute extra drive through the corn fields, farm stands, and small towns.
Beautiful part of the Country!
Quoted from toyotaboy:Besides the DMV, can usually buy transponders at any Jewel grocery store (there is literally one next to pinball life). However I think it's a $25 deposit. It works in indiana too, not sure if you can buy one out of state?
Quoted from davijc02:Bro go to CVS and they should have the IPASS. Call ahead to ensure they have them but I think it was $10 and part of that was preloaded for use. Attach a credit card to your profile and never worry again.
THANKS DUDES!

Works lots of places!

We pack our ipasses on trips when going somewhere that take them because the rental fee is ridiculous.

OMG is that really you posting!!!. Up writing some new code!! Or are all of you still working on final touches of #4??
Quoted from cavalier88z24:i can still take the i-90 to huntley right? but the exit is i pass only correct?
You can take I-90 to huntley yes (route 47). You will pay a toll just before randall (I-pass or cash). I'm 99% sure the exit for route 47 is not tolled, but when you have I-pass you tend to not pay attention.
Quoted from cavalier88z24:i can still take the i-90 to huntley right? but the exit is i pass only correct?
This is correct.
thank u. I just bought a new vehical last week and im waiting for my wisconsin plates to come in the mail. just want to make sure i could still get on. ill find a way off. but your pretty sure route 47. i will keep that in mind
Quoted from kid_ego:Heading down on Saturday...and leaving the kids at home for a change. Can't wait.
One of these years, I'll spend the weekend and really let loose with my fellow pinsiders.
Quoted from Gryszzz:My favorite thing about Expo dudah...you can absolutely bring yer own. All the other shows you have to buy theirs/covert ops. That's what makes Expo the best!
Just loaded up 4 cases myself. And no you can't have any.
At SFGE you can bring your own beer inside, as long as you don't cause problems.

Seems legit. lol
I'm no regular on the pinball circuit (and have only been to Expo - no other shows anywhere else), but how do you allow a show in as big a market to be handled or advertised like this?
It seems to me that a pinball 'expo' in Chicago should be second to none.
Regarding missed tolls:
The state of IL will not send you a notice until you have at least (3) missed tolls in a 1 year period. Basically, you get 2 freebies, but once you do it a third time you are on the hook for all 3 plus penalties.
Quoted from Ballypin:Gary looks quite red in the face. Embarrassment ??
lol that's just his skin tone, always red.
Quoted from BackFlipper:Any clues to future games?
They never do that on the tour. It's just a tour of what the factory is building now.
Expo vendor area filling up nicely. Many new games to play and buy. Free play area almost filled to capacity. Going to be great.
Will anyone be streaming or reporting on the Stern seminar, would love to hear/see what they have to say/show.
Quoted from tdiddy:..... and I picked up a Stargazer
What did you pay for that bad boy???

Not true, they always have a clue of something coming up. And on this factory tour they had a box of parts marked "Furry Hats Pro". That's the codename for guardians of the galaxy.
Lots of changes to Houdini:

2.Removed part of plastic ramp and made it a wire form.

5. Custom side blades will be available. Trying to fit in bom.
6. Magic glass developed to compete with invisiglass/pdi
7. Shaker kit will be developed. Available as add on.
Set up for initial 1,000 units.

Quoted from KevInBuffalo:I’m going to try to do some other streaming from Expo as well on the Buffalo Pinball channel. Nothing confirmed beyond the JJP reveal tomorrow and the Pin Stadium stream Saturday morning but will try to fit some stuff in around that and playing in the tournament etc.
I've been watching your JJP reveal. Thanks a ton for streaming this.
