Over time, I've had a number of dreams that included pinball, but last night's is the first I remember vividly. I had ordered my first NIB from Stern for $6k. The delivery day finally arrived, and I excitedly opened the box. It turned out that I had accidentally purchased a "home version" with a playfield that was, at most, an eight inch rectangle. (The pinball itself was about 1/3 size with equally downsized slings and bumpers.) Everything else was just empty cabinet. I tried to get my money back but couldn't, and there was no used market for this epically crappy machine.

Clearly, my subconscious is concerned about my recent purchase of a sight-unseen pin.

Ever had any good (especially revealing) pin dreams?

I had one the other week. I was walking through a casino (not riviera), and they had a giant arcade with probably a dozen or so pins. Mostly early solid state, even some very early 30s-40's pins. Even in my dream I thought "woah, I gotta add this location to the pinside map"

Several years ago I had a dream I was fixing something at an old lady's house and saw a dusty MM. Was able to buy it from her for like $1000.
Couple of days later I bought my IJ for not much more than that. True story.

Had a dream last night in which I was on the 95-96 Chicago Bulls team, and I was Scottie Pippen. If you're curious, Keith Elwin was Michael Jordan.

Keep having them until I get my hands on my own TFTC.Still playing in the wild but constantly searching and deciding on other titles so I guess it's bound to happen.Actually had one that my boss owned 34 games and I was trying to play them.too funny.

when I was at university I use to have a recurring dream about finding a huge bag of weed in a phone box. That was a nice dream.

Anyone else have the glass shattering in your hands scary nightmare?

That's a way to wake up.

    Quoted from RCA1:

Anyone else have the glass shattering in your hands scary nightmare?
That's a way to wake up.

I had that happen in Real Life.

The first time I took the glass of my 1965 Hi Dolly after getting it moved into position, I was thinking as I raised it up that something just didn't feel right about the edges of the glass, and I should be very careful...

Just as that thought was gracing my mind, the thing broke in two pieces from corner to corner, with two giant pointy and unbalanced shards left in my hands. I got them under control and managed to set them down. I was very lucky I didn't get hurt, or that the glass didn't fragment into more pieces.

I called the guy I bought it from, who told me he owned it for the past 16 years to ask about the glass, and if he knew it was just regular old glass and not tempered... Of course, he had no idea.

I dreamt that I played Batman Returns...with a color LED screen. It was actually a good Batman game! I lamented that they "don't make them like they used to"...
