Got this old dolly from a warehouse, doesn't look like anything I have ever seen..... very weird raising and lowering mech. Anybody seen one before or know who made it? I don't see any makers marks on it but it is really dirty and that could be covering it up....

Ha. Not quite. Needs a few inches cut out of the bottom to fit under the pin completely. Easy cut.
