    Have you asked to buy a game from them? Did they say no? If they won’t sell you a game they are not distributors and you need to reach out to the manufacturer to see who in your country will sell you a game.

    Reach out to JJP and tell them their distributor in your country won’t sell you a game.

    They don’t have to sell you their used games from their locations, but if they are supposed to be the ones to sell you a new game, they need to be doing that or JJP needs to solve the problem.
