-Has badly Photoshopped art with a photograph collage.
-Doesn’t have an 3+ multi ball.
-Has a wider flipper gap.
I’m sure tolerances change around budget and collection size, but how about you?

I find myself passing on more deals as time goes on - I know how much work it can take to fix something "that just needs a fuse".
Also, if I've owned the title in the past, it's less interesting than something I've never owned before.
Missing too many parts, unless it is a parts game. The missing backglass, missing playfield plastics, stuff that is hard to get.
The deal breakers for me are:
Mold
Past or current insect infestation
Badly Water damaged (cabinet & playfield warping/falling apart)
mice have been inside or other like critters, water damage, re-imports unless extremely nice and/or cheap.
isn't advertised without pinup models? I mean the game can suck, but the model makes them play better right?
I think my only deal breaker is insect infestation. I can’t handle bugs.
Well.... I mean obvious answer here is over priced being a deal breaker lol but as far as problems with the game it has to be bugs for me
Quoted from whizz:I won't buy a pin that has multiple hacks.
Those are my favorites to buy. Most hacks are pretty easy to repair and a jacked up game typically means a better price for me lol
I've made a decision recently that I'm over "old man themes". I will play them, but will not buy them. Batman66 is the last old man theme I will own. Passed on Ironmaiden, will pass on Munsters. Beatles not considered, but went for a TNA that was a good mashup of an older playfield design yet modern everything else.
I want my collection to show that pinball is current, not antiquated.
- has animal shit and piss in it
- has mold in it
- the cabinet is destroyed and needs replaced.
- is not fit for tournaments.
That won't stay for a while. I'm sick of hauling games up and down steps. If it's not something I'm genuinely interested in keeping for a good amount of time I pass these days. Too much work and time and not enough space.
No more project pins for me. If it isn't either working or close to working or needs cabinet work, don't even try and sell it to me.
I also won't buy machines with a theme that I can't stand or one that has a player camera built in.
I also won't ever buy pinball 2000 machines. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt. Don't ever ask me to move one of these either.
Honestly, playfields worn down to bare wood. I’m not talking about 1mm spot here or there, I’m talking dime size chunks of missing artwork in prime focal areas. I’ll take non booting Mpu’s all day, just make sure it’s pretty.
Quoted from mrossman5:Costs $70,000.

Better grab that last one. The other two have sold!
Says its home use only but picture has a bill acceptor on it.
The seller acts shady and he does not have the key.
Seller posts pictures of a different game.
Used game and costs almost as much money as a brand new one.
#1 Dealbreaker is if the seller is a Idiot!!!!
Quoted from EalaDubhSidhe:I will not buy one with no box.
I will not buy one in my socks.
I will not buy one damaged by rocks.
I will not buy one with no keys for its locks.
I won’t buy or consider from a person who honestly thinks he can get four times what the machine is worth.
I will not buy a pin that has to be shipped. I've seen too many horror stories here about pins destroyed or badly damaged during shipping to take the chance.
Quoted from TractorDoc:Does not have Legs?
Quoted from Thermionic:I will not buy one damaged by rocks.
I will not buy one with no keys for its locks.
No keys for its locks or damaged by rocks. Would you buy one here or there? Would you buy one from a hare? I would not buy one, Sam I Am. I will not buy one, it's simply a scam!
I will not buy one up a flight of stairs
I will not buy one down a flight of stairs
I will not buy one full of cat hairs
